This is a high protein, high fiber, savory cake made with coconut flour. This recipe makes 8 servings.
Suitable for plant based diets, vegan and vegetarian.
NOTE: Coconut flours can vary from one brand to another. If your batter looks different from what you see here don’t adjust the ratios. Just go ahead with it and place it in the pan as is. I have used several different brands, they all come out the same after cooking.
