Peanut Butter Miso Sauce

A very versatile sauce or dip.

1/2 cup of peanut butter

1-2 tablespoon miso

1-2 tablespoon honey

juice from one lemon

1-2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup minced fresh ginger


Use unsalted chunky peanut butter. Check the label and make sure the only ingredient is organic peanuts.

I use Miso Master chickpea miso.

I mince fresh ginger and keep it soaking in raw apple cider vinegar in the fridge so it is ready when I need it. It also makes the vinegar tastier.

If you don’t like peanuts you may substitute with any nut butter you like.

I’m just learning how to switch to vegan, and it’s really difficult without having anybody “show you the ropes” like you are doing. Thanks!
